Heard both sides.

2.According to the petitioners, mistake had crept during UDR. If that be so, it is the fourth respondent who is the authority competent to make the correction. The petitioners are given liberty to submit a formal

petition before the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent shall conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks after such submission of representation. The fourth respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
