ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for R1 & R2.

2. The petitioner is a senior citizen. His wife is also a senior citizen. There appears to be some strain in their matrimonial relationship. The petitioner had earlier executed the settlement deed in favour of his wife. He wants to cancel the same. The maintenance tribunal is seized of the matter. On 19.12.2023, enquiry is proposed to be held. The second respondent is directed to conclude enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
