ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 and their officials not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that one Paraman,, who is the 5th respondent, father of the petitioner herein gave a complaint and in the complaint it is stated that there was a trouble between the parties with regard to survey the properties. The same was enquired and closed. Both the parties were advised to measure the property once again and resolve the issues. Again another complaint was given by the 5th respondent stating that they are not permitted by the private respondents to measure the property.

3. Since there was civil issue between the parties, and repeated 2/4

complaint has been given before the respondent police, the 2nd respondent police is directed to close the complaint given by the 5th respondent pending on its file and advise the parties to work out the remedy through civil Court process.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
