ORDER

This court vide judgment dated 30.10.2025 dismissed this appeal with a direction to the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul district to proceed with the trial in SplSC.No.337 of 2023 and complete the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

2.Now the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul vide letter dated 26.02.2026 has requested to grant further period of two months to complete the trial in SplSC.No.337 of 2023.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the above letter, a further period of two months is granted from today to complete the trial in SplSC.No.337 of 2023.
