2. In the order, dated 17.10.2025, the paragraph Nos.5 and 6 are substituted with the following paragraphs:

"5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration suffered by the petitioner, this Court has already granted interim bail to the petitioner till 17.10.2025, vide order, dated 07.10.2025. 6.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already executed bond and sureties and submitted the same before the Trial Court, based on the earlier order, dated 07.10.2025. Further, the petitioner is complying with the conditions stated in the earlier order, dated 07.10.2025.

7.Therefore, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the earlier order, dated 07.10.2025, is made absolute. The sureties already submitted before the Trial Court shall hold good. "

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copies to the parties.
