ORDER

The defacto complainant has filed this appeal to cancel the bail granted to respondents 3 and 4 on 27.11.2023 on the ground that the accused have intimidated the defacto complainant to withdraw the complaint.

2.When this appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor

appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.507 of 2023, final report has been filed before the Court concerned and it has been taken on file in SplSC.No.10 of 2024. Further PW1 to PW5 have been examined in chief, but the accused have not cross examined them so far. Therefore, the case is posted for cross examination of PW1 to PW5 on 10.03.2025. 3.Considering the above developments, this Court is not inclined to entertain this appeal and accordingly, this criminal appeal is closed.
