The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submits that the petitioner's brother-in-law is an accused in Crime No.617 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C and his whereabouts is not known. In search of the said accused, the respondent Police went to the petitioner's house and there is no complaint against the petitioner and also they are not harassing the petitioner.
