ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the the 3rd respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry without any complaint based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.12.2023.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the son-in-law of the petitioner was arrayed as accused in Crime No. 617 of 2023 on the file of the respondent herein, for which, the connected case is pending before the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22518 of 2023. Pending proceeding, the complaint is made to produce the accused.

3. Let the second respondent herein is directed to abide the condition passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22518 of 2023 by summoning the petitioner and further proceedings can be done through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
