ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 132, 351(3) of BNS and Section 25(1A) of Arms Act, in Crime No.474 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail,

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had criminally intimidated the respondent police and try to attack them with a sword. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 08.10.2025 and there are 9 previous cases pending against 2/4

the petitioner and he is a history sheeter. Hence, he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 08.10.2025 and he is a history sheeter. Further, the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and the investigation is at initial stage. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
