The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the daughter of the petitioner/detenue is more than 18 years old and she has eloped with the 3rd respondent and got married. 2.

In view of the above fact, the Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that the girl was forcibly taken away from the custody of the petitioner does not survive and hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. No costs.
