O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet which is being maintained by the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 30.11.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the request of the petitioner will be considered by the concerned authority in the meeting scheduled to be conducted in the month of January, 2024.

3. In view of the said submission, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to place the petitioner's file before the concerned authority in the enquiry without fail.
