Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 5 to alter the Field Map Sketch (FMB) by conducting survey of the properties comprised in S.Nos.286/20, 286/12, 286/16 and 286/17 with the help of the documents vide Nos.582/1932, dated 12.05.1932 and 1004/1941, dated 26.07.1941 respectively belonging to the sixth and seventh respondents along with the petitioner's document vide No.677/1946, dated 24.04.1946, situated at Pavali Village, Virudhunagar Taluk and District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2023 sent to the respondents 1 to 5, within the time frame as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to alter the Field Map Sketch (FMB) by conducting survey of the properties comprised in S.Nos.286/20, 286/12, 286/16 and 286/17 with the help of the 2/5
documents vide Nos.582/1932, dated 12.05.1932 and 1004/1941, dated 26.07.1941 respectively belonging to the sixth and seventh respondents along with the petitioner's document vide No.677/1946, dated 24.04.1946, situated at Pavali Village, Virudhunagar Taluk and District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 06.12.2023 for alteration of Field Map Sketch. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 2 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.12.2023 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
