The present writ petition has been filed by a B.T Assistant (Tamil) seeking conferment of selection grade in the said cadre on completing 10 years of service.

2. Seeking the said benefits, the petitioner has sent a representation on 30.01.2023 to the 2nd respondent through 3rd respondent. Since no action has been initiated, the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.01.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight
