ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays this Court to permit to withdraw the main petition with liberty to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the Executing Court within a month and thereafter, he also prays to permit the 1/4

petitioner to pay the remaining amount in installments. To that effect, he also made an endorsement in the case bundle.

2. Considering the above said endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. As far as the request made by the petitioner to deposit the amount is concerned, the petitioner can approach the Execution Court and the Execution Court can consider the request of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.
