Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court vide order, dated 03.10.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).16880 of 2025, whereby the petitioner was directed to deposit the amount in favour of "District Green Committee, Virudhunagar District" is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit the amount in favour of "Environmental Committee Operated by Registrar (Judicial) [Account No.7633863037; MICR Code: 625019020, CIF No: 30602376727, IFSC Code: IDIB000H040, High Court Branch, Madurai (2001)]".

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections wherever necessary and issue a fresh order copy.
