Widow Pension, within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is a senior citizen. She is also a widow. She seeks payment of pension. Since her request did not elicit any response, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that if the petitioner opens a bank account in UCO bank in Navinipatti Branch, Melur and furnish the details to the respondent, the pension amount will be credited in the said bank account. The petitioner will also be entitled to arrears. 2/4

4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
