This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Theni to expedite the trial process and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.82 of 2023, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Expressing grievance over the pendency of the suit without any progress for more than a year, this petition has been filed seeking direction for speedy disposal of the same.

3.Considering the age of the some of the defendants, who are the respondents in this petition, this Court directs the learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Theni, strictly to comply the Official Memorandum of this Court in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics, without fail.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
