ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The Writ Petition has been filed against the notice issued by the Commissioner, Thoothukudi Corporation under Section 128(1)(b)(2), 180 and 182 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation made a submission that encroachments were already removed. That being the factum, the cause became vanished. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. (S.M.S.,J.)
