ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct to the first respondent to withdraw the investigation of the case in Cr.No.221 of 2023 dated 7.11.2023 on the file of third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent or any other competent officials for complete the investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and the complaint was closed as mistake of fact.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be 2/4

passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law. 21.04.2026 apd To
