ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.152 of 2023 on the file of the fifth respondent in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.152 of 2023, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2023, so far no progress is made in this case.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that within 2 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. 19.12.2023 NCC :
