ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is permitted to submit a representation before the third respondent. The third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks after submission of application. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. The third respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order. 2/4

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
