ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction 1/4

to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner considering his representation, dated 08.12.2023 made by the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that now, case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.139 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 352 and 506(2) IPC on the file of the respondent police and after that the proposal has been made to before the concerned authority to initiate the proceeding under Section 110 Cr.P.C., for which, the recommendation was made on 08.12.2023. Now, the same is pending before the competent authority.

3. In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to work out the remedy before the competent authority.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
