Challenging the order of dismissal passed in the petitioner's application filed under Section 408(1) Cr.P.C., seeking to transfer the case, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial in S.T.C.No.206 of 2008 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Sivagangai has already been concluded and the accused has been acquitted.

3.Considering the fact that the criminal case has already been ended in acquittal, nothing remains for adjudication in the present Revision Petition.
