RESPONDENT Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased to call for the records pertaining to M.C.No.27/12 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and quash the proceedings against the petitioners herein.

ORDER: This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof as well as the earlier order of this Court, the Court made the following order: - The Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi sought further extension of six months time to dispose of the case in M.C.No.27 of 2012.

2.Time is extended for further period of six months, with a direction to the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
