ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order, passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A4/6714/2010, dated 21.12.2010. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.S.Ponnaiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties. 3.I have heard Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent in this regard and also perused the records carefully.
4.In the above circumstances, since the parties to the dispute have already resolved their disputes, there is nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present revision case. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
