PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents not to harass the petitioner herein regarding the false accusation against him and also consider the representation dated 08.12.2023 made by the petitioner.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd and 3rd Respondents not to harass the petitioner herein regarding the false accusation against him and also consider the representation dated 08.12.2023 made by the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, recommendation has been made to the competent authority to initiate 110 Cr.P.C. proceedings. In view of the above said development after getting proper summon from the competent authority, the petitioner shall appear before them and workout his remedy there itself. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. 3.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
