2. The learned Judge, Family Court, Theni, sent a letter dated 20.11.2024 requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of M.C.No.48 of 2022, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 29.07.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in M.C.No.48 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further time will be given.
