This Civil Revision Petition is filed to to pass an order of speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.243 of 2020 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tirumangalam, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the suit was filed in the year 2020 and statement was also filed and it is pending from the year 202 onwards for framing of issues.

3. Let the petitioner approach the concerned Court itself for speedy disposal, mentioning the facts and circumstances of the case and it is open to the learned Principal District Munsif, Tirumangalam, to consider the request. There can be no direction from this Court for speedy disposal.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
