ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ALAGUMANI Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.C.Arul Vadivel @ Sekar Special Public Prosecutor for NCB Cases , this Court made the following order:
"This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4495 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD).No.271 of 2021 dated 03.11.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, once in 15 days, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
