This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, to dispose of D.V.O.P.No.22 of 2022 in a speedy manner within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. D.V.O.P.No.22 of 2022 is filed claiming various reliefs under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act. The respondent also appeared and filed his counter. The case was posted for evidence. On the side of the petitioner, he was examined in chief on 30.12.2023 and marked five documents and the matter is kept pending for crossexamination of the petitioner.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and on careful perusal of the material available on record, it appears that D.V.O.P.No.22 of 2022 is pending for more than a year. Hence, this Court directs the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, to dispose of D.V.O.P.No.22 of 2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
