O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the fourth respondent Police to comply with the order dated 22.08.2023 in Cr.M.P.No.10658 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of the earned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District, is complied by registering the case in crime No.359 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 IPC against the respondents No.1 to 3.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter and this matter has become infructuous.
