O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed by an Aided Minority School seeking a mandamus as against the respondent for approving the appointment of one Mr.M.S.K.Mohammed Abdul Kader as Office Assistant.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, one Mr.M.S.K.Mohammed Abdul Kader was appointed as Office Assistant in the petitioner's School on 01.09.2022. The petitioner has sent a proposal to the respondent on 11.11.2022 for his approval. On 07.10.2023, a representation has been sent by the Management for expeditious disposal of their proposal. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to consider the proposal forwarded by the School Management on 11.11.2022 in the light of the staff fixation order for the academic year 2022 - 2023, dated 2/4

08.12.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
