ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an Assistant Professor working in the 3rd respondent College seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents 1 and 2 to promote her as an Associate Professor.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, a panel has been drawn by the 2nd respondent herein on 03.07.2023 for promoting Assistant Professors as Associate Professors. In the said panel, the petitioner's name is found in Serial No.2(a). So far, the panel has not been approved and promotion orders have not been issued by the 1st respondent herein.

3. Considering the above said facts, the 1st respondent is directed to pass orders with regard to the promotion of the writ petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
