O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents herein to take necessary action against the said Kaleeswaran and Selvakumar residents of Chokkanathaputhur, Rajapalayam in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.11.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 24.08.2023, enquiry was conducted and during the course of enquiry, it was found that purely civil transaction between them and hence, they were advised to work out the remedy through civil court process. Thereafter, another complaint was given by the petitioner on 27.11.2023 wherein he has stated that subsequent to the closure of earlier complaint, the disputed parties are giving trouble to him. 2/4

3. On perusal of the complaint it is seen that there was a civil dispute pending between the parties and hence, they can work out the remedy through Civil Court Process. There is no question of granting police protection to the petitioner.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
