2.Dr.Amuthakalaignan / second respondent has appeared before this Court through Video Conference. He reiterated that he would honor the undertaking given before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14618 of 2019. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that for the last two months, the second respondent herein had not remitted any amount. 4.The second respondent is directed to honor the undertaking given before this Court. I make it clear to the second respondent that if this undertaking is breached, this Court will not hesitate to invoke its contempt jurisdiction against him. 2/3

5.Recording the undertaking of the second respondent, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
