ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner insisting to hand over the possession of the house property New.S.No.150/3A and 3B to an extent of 33 1/3 cents to the complaint in the name of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given against the petitioner an enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, finding that a civil suit is pending between the parties and hence, they were advised to work out their remedy in the pending suit itself and accordingly, the said complaint was closed.

3. In view of the said submission nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as un necessary.
