ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants to settle the property in favour of his grandson. Patta is in the name of the petitioner. Title deed appears to be in the name of the petitioner. The respondent cannot refuse registration on the ground that objection has been received from third parties. If any restraint order is issued against the respondent, the respondent can refuse registration and not otherwise. The petitioner is permitted to re-present the document. The registering authority shall receive, register and release it subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities.

3.This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
