This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) No.15961 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13218 of 2023, dated 10.11.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court, dated 10.11.2023 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before trial Court regularly.
