ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the eighth respondent Police to comply the order passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham in Crl.M.P.No.1896 of 2023 dated 27.08.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per order passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham in Crl.M.P.No.1896 of 2023 dated 27.08.2023, enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, it was found that false complaint has been given by the petitioner. Hence, the same has been closed and the closure report also sent to the concerned Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved over the Closure report. 19.12.2023 NCC :
