O R D E R

This petition is filed to change the present investigation officer and order to appoint any other investigation agency or CB-CID to investigate the case and to file report within a stipulated time limit, in Crime No.442 of 2009 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after thorough investigation, the 2nd respondent has closed the case on 11.01.2011 as 'Undetected'.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law, before appropriate forum.
