ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to cancel the fraudulent Legal Heirship Certificate No. D.Dis.2876/2013/A5 dated 03.04.2013, issued by the second respondent in favour of the third respondent herein, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025 and the guidelines issued by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Revenue Administration Wing, RA-3(1) Section, Secretariat, Chennai - 600 009, in Letter No.9633/RA-3(2)/2022-4, Guideline Column No.10, dated 28.09.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was informed that the petitioner has already approached the appellate authority by filing an appeal.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to work out her remedy before the appellate authority. The appellate authority shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal in accordance with law. 2/4
