ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2025 and his complaint dated 16.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed on 01.10.2025.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the second respondent to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
