The defacto complainant has filed this criminal revision case questioning the judgment of acquittal passed by the learned Additional Assistant Judge, Karur in S.C.No.39 of 2010. 2.As rightly pointed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that this judgment was passed on 11.01.2011, after the amendment to Section 372 of Cr.P.C. came into force. Therefore, only appeal will lie before the learned Sessions Court, Karur. Technically speaking this revision case is not maintainable. But then, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the counsel on either side submitted that the issue has been amicably resolved between the parties. I am therefore of the view that the issue should be given burial. Therefore, recording the compromise arrived between the parties, this criminal revision case stands dismissed.
