2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader has placed on record documents indicating that the information requested for by the petitioner was provided and that the same could not be served on the petitioner earlier because the communication was returned as unserved. A copy of these documents has been handed over to the petitioner's counsel in Court. He has also instructed the officials concerned to provide a certified copy of these documents to the 2/4

petitioner.

3. In view thereof, the petitioner's grievance stands redressed. By recording these developments, this Writ Petition is disposed of without any order as to costs.
