Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants to obtain NOC from the respondents to run a SPA at the petition-mentioned premises. The learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the order dated 04.01.2022 made in WP(MD)No. 22667 of 2021 passed by me. The petitioner has given an application before the first respondent on 06.11.2023. The first respondent is directed to consider the same and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
