ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent and their officials not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 24.11.2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it is found that it is a civil transaction between the parties and they have also settled the dispute by issuing a cheque. Based upon the compromise reached between the parties, the said complaint was closed.

3. In view of the above submission nothing survives for adjudication in this case and the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 14.12.2023 NCC :
