2. According to the petitioner, the properties in question belonged to the second respondent. However, the property tax assessment is being made in the name of the third respondent. The petitioner seeks correction and mutation.

3. The first respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and issue notice to all the concerned parties and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of fourteen (14) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.12.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No RM 3/5
