ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.08.2023 under the criminal law in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Ors. reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that a case has already been registered by the District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi. Further, he submits that the petitioner herein is also a victim and he can redress his grievance before the District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi and if they feel that he is a necessary party, he will be added as witness in the said case.
