Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is a retired employee of the respondent department. If any adverse action is taken against the petitioner, it is always open to him to move this Court for relief. Be that as it may, a complaint has been given by the petitioner before the first respondent. The first respondent may go through the said complaint and take appropriate action as per law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter and that issuance of this direction to the first respondent will not give rise any cause of action for the petitioner to file any contempt petition in future.
