O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Sessions Judge to expedite the trial in Spl.S.C.No.8 of 2022 on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act, 2012, Sivagangai, and complete the same within stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial process is going on.

4. Considering the request of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for POCSO Act, 2012, Sivagangai, to expedite the trial in Spl.S.C.No.8 of 2022 and complete the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
